Sifting through the Internet to find the best leg workout routines might end here. I have been on YouTube watching different routines to check out which is best for you. On there I found a pretty bunch of videos but selected these three as the best.

1. 30-Minute Leg-Toning and Booty-Burning Workout

Men. You might not call that your booty but you might as well start calling it that now. This 30 minute leg workout is vivid and imaginative. There is plenty of different exercises to do in the 30 minutes. As the video is 30 minutes long you can watch the video as you exercise.

2. 30 Min Home Leg Workout with Dumbbells for Women & Men

It makes sense adding some weight to your body when you are exercising your legs. This 30 minute workout will take you on a journey to resultant stronger legs. The weights aren’t necessary in all leg exercises but if you prefer weights then this is a useful leg exercise instruction video. It even tells you how many calories you are burning as you go along.

3. LEG DAY! | FULL ROUTINE

Maybe you looking for the infamous leg day video? The day that many skip apparently. If you’re into the gym then here is a workout that will last 30 minutes in the gym. Barbell squat to get started. I used to go to the gym on Piccadilly Circus when I worked  for Heaven Nightclub. I do recommend having a gym membership.
